Unfortunately, he is no longer here to see and live the lifestyle that he worked for. Born Derek McAllister, the 19 year old was reported missing for two days before he was found dead in a South Carolina home on March 4th. The cause of his death was reported to be a heart attack. Toxicology reports that he had overdosed on codeine syrup, causing a heart attack.
